Groups: We do not accept group bookings of more than two units/pitches. We reserve the right to refuse or vacate any booking that we determine makes up a group of more than two units/pitches. In these circumstances – you will not receive a refund

Max two adults: Unless by prior arrangement, only a maximum of two adults per pitch are permitted.

Commercial vehicles (with or without sign writing) will not be permitted onto the site.

Quiet at 11pm: If you would like to stay up outside talking after 11pm we recommend you stay at another site.

One car per pitch: Strictly one car per pitch is permitted.

How do I book?

You can check availability and make a booking at Alternatively, you can contact the office on 01745 833237.

How do I cancel?

Cancellations will be dealt with in accordance with our cancellation policy. Should you wish to cancel your booking please notify us immediately by email or telephone.

What time can we arrive?

Please arrive between 1pm and 7pm.

What time is departure?

Departure is by 12 noon.

What time is last check in?

We can accept arrivals up until 7pm.

What will happen if I am late?

If you miss last check in at 7pm, you will be unable to access the site. Should you be running late due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately.

Do you offer a service for late departures?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer this service.

Can I park on my pitch?

Yes – you can park ONE car on your pitch.

Can I bring an extra car?

Only one car per pitch is permitted. Car parking for additional cars is in our adjacent car park and is available for advance booking.

Can I bring my commercial vehicle?

We do not accept commercial vehicles on site. By prior arrangement and subject to availability, we can offer parking for commercial vehicles within our adjacent car park.

What equipment will I need to hook up to the electric supply?

You will need a 16amp camping cable with the appropriate adapters to suit your appliances.  Please note: We do not provide them.

Can I make a group booking?

We do not accept group bookings of any kind.

How many tents/caravans can I have on one pitch?

We only allow one unit per pitch (excluding awnings, pup tents for storage and gazebos).

I have a touring caravan/motorhome/campervan which pitches would you recommend?

As we can never predict the British weather, we would advise booking a hard standing pitch just in case you incur any difficulties getting on and off a pitch.

Do you allow gazebos?

Yes, we do. Gazebos are an additional cost per night.

Will my tent/caravan fit on my pitch?

Pitches vary in size. Please check the max sqm in the pitch description at the time of booking. Please contact us if you are in doubt.

Can I have a campfire?

Due to terms within our site license, campfires, fire pits or any sort of open fires are prohibited.

Can I have a BBQ?

Yes, you can have a BBQ providing that it is a BBQ and none of the above.

Do you sell gas bottles?

No, we do not sell gas bottles on site, however you can buy them from the local shell garage in Abergele which is a 3-minute drive away.

Are you dog friendly?

Yes, we love dogs. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per pitch and must be kept on a lead at all times.

Do you have a dog exercise area?

No, we do not. There are lots of dog walks available from site.

What time is quiet time?

Quiet time is strictly from 11pm. Anyone not adhering to this rule will be required to vacate the site.

Is there a play area on the campsite?

No there is not a children’s play area on the campsite.

Can I have a visitor to my pitch?

By prior arrangement you can have a day visitor to your pitch.

Do we get free entry/discount to the farm park?

No. Admission to the farm park is separate and additional. You can book tickets at

Do you have seasonal pitches?

Yes, we have a limited number of seasonal pitches. If you would like to add your name to the waiting list please email or contact the office.

Is there WIFI on site?

Yes, there is a free WIFI service you can connect to whilst staying on site. You will be given the password at check in.

Is there a shop onsite?

No there is not a shop onsite, however, Tesco is a 5-minute walk away.
